We’re hiring a Junior Media Buyer who’s equal parts ops-tight + performance-minded—someone who can systemize whitelisting, keep launches clean at scale, and serve as the bridge between Creative and Media Buying agencies across US, UK, CA, and AU.
What you’ll own
1) Whitelisting system (build it, run it, improve it)
- Create and maintain a whitelisting playbook (platform-by-platform steps, access requirements, naming conventions, SLAs).
- Run whitelisting end-to-end: intake → approvals → permissions → launch readiness → renewals/expiration.
- Create and manage dedicated Theme-based Facebook Pages + Instagram Accounts used specifically for whitelisting lanes (aligned to our creative testing roadmap).
- Setup + governance: profiles, admin roles, 2FA/security, Business Manager linkage, access audits.
- Documentation: each page/account must map clearly to a theme/angle lane.
- Maintain a live tracker for whitelisting + theme pages:
- page/account, theme, owner, permissions granted, start/end dates, campaign IDs, spend, performance notes, status.
- Ensure compliance + brand safety basics: usage rights, required disclosures, handle/tagging, policy-risk checks, and offer/landing page alignment.
2) Creative launch operations (velocity + correctness)
- Ensure new creatives launch on time tied to seasonality and offer calendars (with clear due dates and buffers).
- Own creative trafficking hygiene: file naming, versions, ratios, subtitles, landing pages, offer/copy variants, UTMs.
- QA launch: broken links, wrong offer/code, missing UTMs, incorrect creative version, geo routing issues, tracking/pixel anomalies.
3) Testing → scaling → kill management (no zombies, no missed winners)
- Ensure winning creatives from tests get promoted into scaling campaigns quickly.
- Cut bleeding creatives fast based on pre-agreed decision rules (spend/time thresholds + performance floors).
- Maintain a live creative pipeline: what’s testing, what’s scaling, what’s next, what needs refresh.
4) Agency bridge across US/UK/CA/AU (make learnings travel)
