Role Overview

We’re looking for an AI Growth Engineer, Marketing Systems to help build AI into how Hume’s growth and marketing team works.

You’ll work closely with growth leadership and channel owners to identify bottlenecks, build internal apps, connect tools and data, and automate work across media buying, creative strategy, influencers, and organic SEO.

This is a hands-on role with ownership from problem discovery through to deployment, adoption, and maintenance. You should be able to look at a messy process, understand what the team is trying to achieve, and build something that makes execution faster, decisions clearer, or performance better.

Hands-on experience working within the marketing ecosystem is a must-have. You should already understand how campaigns, creative production, channel reporting, and marketing tools fit together, including where handoffs and data gaps slow teams down.

Our preferred profile is someone who has worked in Marketing Operations or Marketing Systems and expanded into AI, automation, and application development. You bring the marketing context to identify the right problem and the building skills to solve it.

You should understand growth marketing well enough to challenge a request, spot a better opportunity, and explain why a build deserves the team’s time. You should also be technical enough to ship and maintain useful applications with AI coding tools.

Your job is to turn growth problems into working systems that the team uses and can measure.
